Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
Don't live locally? No problem at all, we can post vouchers direct to their recipient, simply let us know and we will do the rest.
ADDITIONAL SALON INFORMATION
PARKING
The salon is located in a residential area therefore we kindly ask customers to park on our drive and avoid blocking in any local residents.

​BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Booking appointments is highly recommended to ensure you receive the desired appointment time and treatment.​
CANCELLATION
Notice Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This will help us better manage our schedule and offer opportunities to other clients.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made after the notice period will incur a fee of, 50% of treatment cost within 48 hours, 100% of treatment cost within 24 hours, which will be applied to your next appointment or via invoice.

COLOUR TREATMENTS
Please note that all colour treatments require a Patch Test 48 hours prior to treatment.
